Syracuse University recently acquired a gigantic collection of plastics. Buckets of bakelite. Selections include sunglass frames manufactured by Foster Grant in the 1950s-1960s (shout out O-O !), snazzy lady earrings, chipmunk accessories for kids frames, and earth toned bracelets from 1930s—part of the bakelite brood.
