RIP Whitney Houston. Before Whitney was famous for her voice, she was a fashion model. I Wanna Dance With Somebody was maybe my favorite video ever on MTV. The color palette–so striking, the vignettes–so graphic, the song–so danceable! Update: Why didn’t I see/mention her red overalls!?! Cute stuff.

Big time find by LY yesterday during work hours - Museum der Dinge (Museum of Things) in Berlin, also on the net. Scroll through a giant grid of things! Anything—from Leaning Tower of Pisa to a hand made walkie talkie (not pictured here). Taking note for my next trip to Berlin…

Clarice so nice!! Swirling, twirling, flowing colors. Cone shaped sugar sifter?! This is the work of Clarice Cliff, made in the 1930s.
